“41. Civil servants who are transferred should submit a report: (1) When the head of an office is transferred to another office, he/she shall report the performance of his/her duties, evaluation forms, accounts, statements of outstanding expenses and other details, confidential documents, submission status. And the priority of the remaining tasks to be carried out in the office should be prepared and submitted to the incumbent or, if he is not present, to the nearest senior civil servant. The priority of the work to be done should be clearly visible and the details of the work according to the job description should be prepared and submitted to the civil servant designated by the head of the office. However, if due to uncontrollable circumstances, the details cannot be submitted in time, the details must be prepared and sent to the former office within seven days of appearing in the transferred office. will punish.”
